Lost parcel / refund

If a parcel was returned or not received due to the fault of the recipient (e.g., wrong address, failure to pick up, etc.), no refund will be issued. The recipient can request a reorder, which will be shipped only after payment has been received. Numbered prints cannot be reissued.
